SHIPPING RATES
We charge a nominal of max. 99 INR shipping and handling fees.
ORDER PROCESSING
We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 2-4 business days. Our business days are Monday-Saturday.
SHIPPING TIME
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 6-12 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Eco Flore. We endeavour to ensure that every purchase at our website is seamless.
We do not accept returns except under limited circumstances. If the item received is damaged as a result of genuine quality/manufacturing defect, customers must e-mail their concern within 10 days of receiving items for a return.
To be eligible for exchange or return, your product must meet the following conditions:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return of the product will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer.
Products purchased during sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
PROCEDURE
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact us at support@ecofloreindia.com within 10 days of delivery with the following information: – Order number – Delivery address – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours.

Once we have received and inspected the product, our team conducts a quality check at our warehouse, and let you know if the return was approved or not. On approval, we will offer you a credit note. Validity of the the credit note will be for 1 year.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item received is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
